For each automation this contact has entered, the number of times they entered it. Hidden automations (the ones the app creates to add form submitters to a list) are left out. Rows are ordered by automation id. Everything comes back in one response with no links or meta: limit and offset are ignored. Only GET is allowed. Returns 404 if the contact does not exist.
