Deletes one contact. The contact is removed from all of its lists and its tags are removed, and its email address is anonymized in the unsubscribe log and other related records. Its account link and its secondary-contact deal links are deleted. Each deal on which it is the primary contact moves to the deal's first secondary contact; a deal with no secondary contact but an account stays on that account with no contact; any other such deal is deleted, with its tasks. A copy of the contact record is kept in the contact archive for 360 days, where it can be restored once it is old enough; Admin users can see archived contacts with GET /contactArchives. The user needs permission to delete contacts, and the account's delete allowance for the current billing period must not be used up. The contact is found by id alone, so a contact on lists the user cannot access can still be deleted. To delete several contacts in one call, use DELETE /contacts/bulk_delete.
