Render a campaign message for one address and return it parsed into headers and bodies, without sending anything. This is the v3 equivalent of the preview action of the v1 campaign_send action.

Rendering personalizes the message for toEmail. Unlike Send a test of a campaign, no email is delivered and no test-send limit applies.
