List the message associations of a campaign, one per message the campaign sends: a single row for a regular campaign, and one row per variant for a split (A/B) campaign.

Unlike Retrieve campaign messages associated to campaign, this collection is paginated and the campaign is authorized before the query runs.

Requires the Campaigns feature and access to the campaign.
