Remove the association between an address and a list without knowing the id of the addressList row, so a caller holding the address and the list does not have to look it up first. Delete an addressList takes that row id in the path instead.

Both parameters are required and must be positive integers. The list keeps its other addresses and neither the address nor the list itself is deleted.
