Deletes one of the contact's own notes. The note must belong to the contact in the path: a note on another contact, on a deal or on an account is a 404 here. Only the user who wrote the note, or an admin user, may delete it. Returns 404 when the contact does not exist, the note is not one of its notes, or the API user may not edit contacts; and 403 when the API user is neither the author nor an admin user, or the delete fails. The response body is an empty object.
