Archives each business goal in ids, one at a time. A failure for one id does not stop the others and is not reported individually: the answer is 200 even when some or all ids fail, so compare failed_count with total_processed. An id counts as failed when no business goal has it or archiving it errors; a goal that is already archived counts as archived. An empty or missing ids is answered with 422 and nothing is archived.
