Returns the tag that one entry points to, in the same shape as GET /tags/{id}. The id is the id of the entry, not of the tag. The tag is read as it is now, not as it was when the goal was reached, so its name may have changed since. Returns an empty object {} when the tag no longer exists or the entry's tagid is 0. Returns 404 if no entry has the id.
