Lists the account's settings for its standard fields: the built-in fields of contacts, deals and accounts, such as a contact's email or a deal's description. Each setting says whether the field must have a value and what value is used when it has none. Custom fields are not listed here: contact custom fields use GET/PUT /fields, and deal and account custom fields use /dealCustomFieldMeta and /accountCustomFieldMeta.

Only fields that have a setting are listed. Accounts are created with settings for contact.email (required), contact.first_name, contact.last_name, contact.phone, contact.userid, deal.description, account.account_url, account.account_owner and account.userid.

The list is not paginated. Any query parameter other than type returns 400.
