Returns a single tracking log entry by its id. The same id is the eventId that GET /trackingLogs/{eventId}/contact accepts. Entry ids are returned by GET /trackingLogs and GET /contacts/{id}/trackingLogs; they are not contact ids. Returns 404 if no entry has the given id.
