Retrieve a business goal (agent-oriented read)

A read-optimized, single-record view of one business goal, separate from GET /initiatives/{initiativeId}. Returned directly from InitiativeAgentDataService::getInitiative(). Unlike the list endpoint, assets are always populated here (no includeAssets flag), and each conversion's conversionEvents (trigger detail) is always included when present.
