Removes an archived contact for good. The contact can no longer be restored or listed. Only API users in the Admin group may call this; any other user gets 404. Returns 200 with an empty object, also when the id was already gone, so a repeated delete is harmless. To remove several at once, use POST /contactArchives/deleteList.
