Returns the contact who reached the goal, under contact. The id is the id of the goal completion, not of the contact. Returns an empty object {} when the contact no longer exists or subscriberid is "0". Users outside the Admin group also get {} when the contact is only on lists their group may not access. Returns 404 if no goal completion has the id. For the full contact record, see GET /contacts/{id}.
