Returns the contact activity entries made for one entry. There is usually one, or none for a hidden conversion. The id is the id of the entry. The list is not paged, and the order is not guaranteed. Returns 404 if no entry has the id, or if the entry is left out, as for GET /contactConversions/{id}.
