Unlike the revenue summary this counts every state, abandoned and pending carts included, so its totalorders is not comparable with the revenue summary order_count. completion_rate and abandonment_rate exclude open carts from the denominator; the two effective_percent rates include them. Rates are percentages returned as strings with two decimals.
