One archived contact by the id it had before it was archived. The row is the contact as it was when archived, with deleted_at saying when. Unlike the list, this read is not limited to Admin users, has no 360-day limit, and carries no is_restorable flag. Returns 404 if no archived contact has that id, including when the contact is still active or has been permanently deleted.
