Removes up to 100 archived contacts for good in one request. They can no longer be restored or listed. Only API users in the Admin group may call this; any other user gets 404. The body is a JSON object with ids, a list of one to one hundred archived contact ids as integers. Ids that are already gone are skipped. Returns 200 with an empty object.
