Associates an address with a group. Creating an association that already exists returns the existing record with 200 instead of a duplicate.

Creating a new association also clears allgroup (available to every user group) on this address and on every other address that has it set, so those addresses become available only to the groups they are explicitly associated with. The 201 response side-loads the saved address under addresses.
