Returns the tags the contact had when they reached the goal, under contactGoalTags. Each entry names one tag. The entries are saved when the completion is recorded, so they do not follow later tag changes. The list is not paged. The order is not guaranteed. Returns 404 if no goal completion has the id. For a tag itself, use GET /tags/{id} with the entry's tagid.
