List the tags applied to one contact, as contact-to-tag associations. Each item's tag is the tag id (fetch the name with GET /tags/{id}, or several at once with GET /tags?ids=1,2), and its id is the association id to pass to DELETE /contactTags/{id}. Returns every association the contact has: limit and offset are ignored. Associations whose tag has since been deleted are not shown. Returns 404 if the contact does not exist. GET /contactTags?filters[subscriberid]={id} returns the same associations with paging, plus any whose tag has been deleted. To apply tags use POST /contacts/{id}/tags; to remove one use DELETE /contacts/{id}/tags/{tagId}.
