Returns the contact who converted. The id is the id of the entry. Returns an empty object {} when the contact no longer exists. Users outside the Admin group also get {} when the contact is only on lists their group may not access. Returns 404 if no entry has the id, or if the entry is left out, as for GET /contactConversions/{id}.
