The account's contact restores that are still running: requests that have not finished, matched at least one contact, and were made in the last 30 days. A finished restore is not listed; read it with GET /contactArchives/restoreRequest/{id}. Only API users in the Admin group may call this; any other user gets 404. meta.total is the number of requests listed. While this list is not empty, POST /contactArchives/restoreRequest and POST /contactArchives/restoreAll return 409.
