The progress of one contact restore, running or finished. The restore is finished when finished_at is set; contacts_restored, contacts_failed and contacts_to_be_skipped then add up to contacts_matching. Only API users in the Admin group may call this; any other user gets 404. An id that does not exist, or that belongs to another account, returns 500, not 404.
