List all contact conversion points

A contact conversion point is one touchpoint: something a contact did or received before converting, such as an email open, a link click, a delivered SMS or a site visit. Revenue from the conversion is attributed to these touchpoints. The app writes them when a contact converts, from the contact's recent activity. Filter by contact or type. Without an order, points come in no guaranteed order. Page with limit and offset, or fetch specific points with ids. Returns 403 when the account does not have Attribution.
